Enrollment Information

We’re excited to welcome you and your child to Little Munchkins Learning Center! To begin the enrollment process, a tour of our center must first be scheduled and completed. Tours are available Monday through Thursday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

After your tour, please complete all of the required forms listed below. All forms must be fully filled out and submitted before your child’s enrollment can officially begin. This ensures we have everything we need to provide the best and safest care for your child.

"We were very happy we found Little Munckins for our daughter's first daycare experience! She was only there for a few months before moving out of state but she was greeted with love and kindness from all the staff. She is only 2 but would talk on the weekends about "go to school?." “We loved our time at Little Munchkins and are sad to be moving out of the area. The staff was wonderful! Everyone knew who we were and our child's name and personality. There was a small accident where our child got a boo boo and they were very quick to call and let us know. We had come from a different daycare that was very corporate and had lots of issues and turnover with staff, so this was such a breath of fresh air. “Little Munchkins has been a godsend for our family! We had our kids enrolled in Children's courtyard which was an absolute disaster and were able to switch them here thanks to Crystal. This daycare has a loving, family-owned vibe and the turnover seems very low (if any at all). The teachers seem so happy to be around the kids and plan so many fun activities for them, no matter how young the kids are. Our two sons are always smiling when we drop off and pick up. The communication is great and clear. The price for what you get is unheard of. We will be moving twenty minutes away but are keeping our boys here until they age out because we feel it is the best gift we could give them.”
